Hospital Policy
All dogs must be on a leash and cats must be in a carrier upon entering the clinic. This is for your animal's protection and the safety of other clients and staff members. If you do not have a carrier or a leash, we will be happy to provide you with one before you come into the clinic.
All animals that need to be hospitalized must be current on vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPPC, FVRCP, Bordetella) and a fecal exam. Cats must have a current Feline Leukemia/FIV test and dogs must have a heartworm test. This is to protect your pet while in the hospital as well as protect other patients.
Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, and personal checks with proper identification. Also, we have financing available through CareCredit with several options available.
We offer a 10% senior citizen discount
We require 24 hours notice for medication refills to allow time for the veterinarian to authorize and to fill the prescription.
